Finlandia Hotel, Pamporovo

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts and conveniently close to the center of Pamporovo. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a cozy fireplace which was a nice touch. However, the service could use some improvement, as the staff didn't seem particularly friendly or attentive. Overall, it's great value for money, especially with the amenities available.
